The Neets Bay terminal harvest area includes those waters of Neets Bay east of the longitude of the easternmost tip of Bug Island and west of 131°29.86'W. longitude, located near the head of the bay.

Beginning 12:01 a.m. Thursday, May 15 through 11:59 p.m., Saturday, June 7 and from 12:01 a.m. Saturday, August 2 until the fishery is closed, the Neets Bay THA will be open only in those waters of Neets Bay east of the longitude of the easternmost tip of Bug Island and west of 131°29.86'W. longitude.

Beginning 12:01 a.m. Sunday, June 8 through 11:59 p.m. Friday, August 1, salmon may be taken in the waters of Neets Bay east of the longitude of Chin Point to the closed water at the head of the bay located at 131°29.86'W. longitude.

Salmon may be taken by troll gear from 12:01 a.m. Thursday, May 1, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2008.

The Neets Bay THA will be open to the harvest of salmon by drift gillnet and purse seine gear concurrently from 12:01 a.m. Thursday, May 15 through Tuesday, June 10, 2008 and as follows:
